CURRENT CAMPAIGN
COvid-19 relief for Tshulu
Due to the current crisis, international travel has come to a halt and Tshulu Camp is currently unable to host student and research groups. The camp is a vital means of employment for staff, who hail from nearby communities. Currently, the income from groups that stay at Tshulu Camp covers annual salaries for 14 staff members and provides income for more than 30 improverished households through hosted homestays for visiting students. Employees of Tshulu Camp have had no income since January 2020, and with upcoming reservations canceled, their outlook is bleak. Your contributions go directly to supporting these local families during this time of unprecedented need.

Tshulu Camp IMPROVEMENTS
For our inaugural project, we worked directly with our partners at Tshulu Camp to identify specific areas of need within the community requiring urgent financial assistance. Local community leaders sent a list of 22 high-priority items they did not have the funding to address. As the employees at Tshulu are currently only paid when visitors are present, the purchase of these items will greatly improve the quality of the camp, encourage more visitors, and help pay the salaries of the employees. With the help of our generous donors, CSU’s Communities & Conservation students, local Colorado businesses, and the onexeveryone team, our inaugural campaign raised over $2,000 for Tshulu Camp’s long-overdue structural refurbishments, facility updates and supplies.
